BHNET Software Solutions Announces New Director. [2006 ]
BHNET Software Solutions, Inc. has announced the addition of Carina Moncrief as Director of Operations, effective July 2006.

In her new position, Carina Moncrief will preside over both local and overseas Operations. Ms. Moncrief’s primary focus will be operational efficiency, enhancing performance across the corporation, and paving the way toward continued company growth.

“We are thrilled to have Carina onboard,” stated Vanina Mangano, Vice President. “Her background and personality make her a natural fit for BHNET, and it was immediately evident to all that she would be the right individual to help BHNET reach the next level of anticipated growth."

Prior to joining BHNET Software Solutions, Ms. Moncrief spent ten years working in various essential roles at a leading enhanced Directory Assistance provider. Most recently, Ms. Moncrief occupied the role of National Workforce Manager, where she oversaw the workforce departments in 6 U.S. based call centers, and assisted in the set-up and training of 3 international centers located in the UK and Asia. During her tenure, Ms. Moncrief played an instrumental role in developing internal processes and guidelines within her department and improving cost efficiency. Ms. Moncrief holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and English, and has participated in various post-baccalaureate studies.
